Kohler Credit Union is pleased to announce the promotion of Cassandra Brunette to Director of Retail Operations. Since joining KCU in 2023 as a branch manager and advancing to district manager in 2024, Brunette has demonstrated exceptional leadership, a strong operational mindset, and an unwavering commitment to delivering outstanding member experiences. Her deep understanding of branch operations and her member centric approach have consistently driven results, making her a strong fit for this new strategic role.

Brunette will oversee deposit operations, technical training, and retail support functions to ensure consistent execution, operational excellence, and superior experiences for members. She will also guide process improvement initiatives, lead organization wide change, and collaborate across departments to support KCU’s mission and strategic goals.
